**100 Floors at the New World Trade Center**
Check out the New WTC in the downtown Manhattan Skyline. The 100th floor was just completed and by the end of May it will officially be taller than the Empire State--the tallest building in New York. And in just one year's time it will be the tallest structure in North America, restoring that glorious title of grandeur to the place where it rightfully belongs: The Big Apple.

Governors Ball 2012
Governors Ball--New York City's premiere summer music festival--heads into its second year this June with some notable improvements. For starters, the location has moved from Governors Island to the more accessible Randall's Island Park. This will create much smoother transportation to and from the venue and will also provide an unrivaled view of the Manhattan skyline. Furthermore, this year's lineup boasts some of the biggest names in music today--artists like Beck, Passion Pit, Modest Mouse and Fiona Apple among many others--will perform over 2 unforgettable days without any overlapping sets. **Triple (Foul) Play?**
This was the first 2-5-6-3 triple play in over 130 years of baseball. It happened on a controversial attempted bunt in the 9th inning of a game between the Dodgers and the Padres. The ump appears to signal a dead ball, but the catcher plays it to third and three outs quickly ensue. Was it legit? Watch and judge for yourself:

Life in Los Angeles
Here's a funny recent skit courtesy of Saturday Night Live. I would have watched it, but I was busy hiking in Brentwood. I took Beverly all the way to Santa Monica and then swung north for a few exits on the 405 in order to cut over to Sunset. You definitely want to avoid San Vicente that time of day.
